
Submission Guidelines
Manuscripts that could further the development, assessment, and comprehension of post-quantum resistant cryptographic systems may be freely submitted to the IJRDO – Journal of Economics, Planning and Finance Management. Before submitting their articles, writers are advised by IJRDO Journal of Economics, Planning and Finance Management to consider the following guidelines in order to support the successful publishing and review of this work.
1. Manuscript Types
The following types of submissions can be submitted to IJRDO Journal of Economics, Planning and Finance Management:
1. Original Research Articles
Introduce new discoveries, techniques, or other analyses in post-quantum cryptography and secure systems.
2. Review Articles
Overview and critique published literature in a specialized field of post-quantum security.
3. System Reports and Case Studies
Real-life examples, applications, and implementation.
4. Viewpoints and Technical Observations
Incisive opinions, methodological information or brief technical information.
2. Innovativeness and Uniqueness
- The manuscripts should be original and not published or under review anywhere before.
- Other journals or conferences cannot have submissions that overlap.
3. Submission Process
In order to submit a manuscript, one should follow the following steps:
- Create a journal submission account with an email address that is valid.
- Fill out the submission form properly with the information on the author and manuscript.
- Attach the manuscript file in PDF version or MS Word version.
- Check and send upon examination of all the information typed.
Ensure that every author mentioned has gone through and verified the paper before its submission.
4. Manuscript Format
Manuscripts should be:
- In coherent professional English.
- Written in MS word or some other editable format.
- Written in Times New Roman 12 font and line spacing 1.5.
- Pages are to be numbered in a sequence.
Inclusivity the following sections:
- Title
- Name and affiliation(s) of author(s).
- Abstract (150–250 words)
- Keywords (3–6)
- Primary text (Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion)
- References

- Cite in a regular and standard citation format (e.g. APA, IEEE, Vancouver).
- Always make sure that the references are fully formatted.
- Do not over-cite yourself.
6. Ethical Conduct
The authors are expected to observe the established ethics in research and publication:
- Report on any conflict of interest.
- Be honest and transparent in report research.
- Plagiarism and duplication of publication should be avoided.
- In cases of sensitive data, adhere to relevant rules of ethics.
7. Peer Review
Every submission is subjected to the events of a blind peer review. Assessment done by editors and reviewers:
- Originality
- Technical soundness
- Clarity of presentation
- Applicability to the scope of the journal.
The decision can be approval, revision requests, or refusal depending on the feedback of the review.
8. Revision and Acceptance
In case of revisions, the authors must:
- Response to reviewer and editorial statements.
- Give response point-by-point to reviewers.
- Submission of the revised manuscript should be done within the stipulated timeline.
The last approval will be based on satisfactory revision and editorial approval.
9. Copyright and Open Access
IJRDO Journal of Economics, Planning and Finance Management has an open access policy. Authors are given the right to retain their work in terms of copyright, but give the journal the right to publish and freely make the article available.
10. Publication Support
The authors who are going to be published will have:
- Formatting and editorial assistance.
- Metadata assignment and identification.
- Online publication and permanent archiving.
Publication fees are not charged in the journal unless otherwise
