Peer Review Process

At the IJRDO Journal of Economics, Planning and Finance Management, all the submitted manuscripts are carefully considered to contain a structured peer review to ensure the research published by us is correct, original and pertinent to the field of research. We attempt to make the procedure equitable, feasible and constructive to the authors.

How the Review Works

1. Initial Editorial Check
Once submitted, the editorial team will go through the paper to determine whether it is within scope of the journal and has basic formatting and quality standards. Articles that are not relevant may be sent back during this stage.

2. Double-Blind Review
Appropriate manuscripts are forwarded to subject specialists to undergo a double-blind peer review where neither the authors nor the reviewer is known. This assists in maintaining the assessment without bias.

3. Reviewer Feedback
The assessments of the reviews include originality, technical soundness, clarity, and relevance. They give suggestions, comments, and a recommendation.

4. Editorial Decision
Under the reports, the editor arrives at a decision, which may be to accept, to revise (minor or major), or to reject. In case of revision, the author receives some time to rectify and revise the manuscript.

What We Aim For

  • Equal and unbiased critique.
  • Helpful, useful reviewer commentaries.
  • Attainable schedules of review.
  • Effective communication with writers.

We do not only aim to screening papers, we also aim to reinforce good research before it is published
